I am a 36 year old Kiwi woman, New Zealand born and bred. Currently based in the beautiful garden city of Christchurch. I am a proud mother, blessed with a supportive partner. I am a highly energetic, active and passionate individual, always on the look-out for new projects.

My Nursing Philosophy
As a Registered Nurse I intend to provide safe, high quality, evidenced-based care that is patient and whanau centered. I want to deliver a service that is personalized, empathetic and respectful.
I believe in advocating for each patient's rights to equality of care: regardless of situation, ethnicity or disability.I am passionate about working within a supportive multi-disciplinary team, alongside patients and their whanau, to achieve better health outcomes.
I aim to further hone and develop my nursing skills through practice and on-going education. I seek to uphold the values within my nursing philosophy and build upon my passion for health promotion, which I developed whilst working in gynaecology.
I believe health promotion and education play a key role in supporting patients on their journey to recovery and better health outcomes.

2016-2018
Registered Nurse
I worked within the gynaecology ward at Christchurch Women's Hospital. This was a mixed medical/surgical unit, provisioned at 28 beds. Our clientele were females ranging in age from 12-90 years.

- Assessment and Monitoring of Acute Clients
Acquisitions
2011-2013Sales Assistant
I worked as a customer service representative for the chain-store 'Acquisitions'. This was a sales-driven position in a store with thousands of dollars in revenue each day.

Health 2000
2008-2011Store Manager
I managed a health and wellness chain-store in a high-traffic mall. This role included administrative and personell management responsibilities as well as individualised client education related to health-products, including safety considerations and potential medicinal interactions.

2007-2008
Service Representative
I worked for New Zealand’s largest and most experienced trustee services organisation as a customer service representative. This role involved sensitivity and understanding of both clients situations and the ways in which public trusts legal services could help.
